So, I got this wild idea to try and make a copy of a Fendi bag. Yeah, I know, pretty ambitious, right? I picked the Fendi Zucca Nappa Tortuga Small Spy in that Tobacco Moro color. It just looked so darn classy on their website. I was just poking around, looking at shoulder bags, and bam, there it was. I mean, just saying the name makes you feel fancy.
First off, I dove deep into what makes a Fendi bag, a Fendi bag. I read a bunch of stuff online, trying to figure out how to spot a real one from a fake. You could say I became a bit of a Fendi detective. The Zucca print, that iconic pattern, it had to be perfect. That was the key, you know?
Then, the real work started. I hit up every leather shop in town and spent hours online trying to find the right black Nappa leather. It had to be that soft, buttery kind, just like the original. Honestly, that was a pain, let me tell you. I am sure there were many sellers cursing my name.
