Wearing it around

A couple of people even complimented me on it, thinking it was the real thing! I didn’t correct them, I just smiled and said thanks. One time, I bumped it against a door frame, and I thought for sure I’d scratched it. But nope, it was fine. Not a mark on it.
After a few weeks of wearing it, I felt like I had a pretty good handle on this whole high imitation watch thing. It’s definitely a way to get that luxury look without, you know, spending a fortune. And honestly, for everyday wear, it’s more than good enough. I mean, who’s gonna be inspecting your watch with a magnifying glass, right?
